Peshtigo Flowage Weekend
June 20-21: Caldron and High Falls flowages
You may know “The Pesh” as a wild and frightening river for flatwater paddlers. But in this area west of Crivitz, two dams have calmed the river’s wild ways and replaced it with rugged beauty. Make this sixth annual Peshtigo Flowage trip a getaway weekend with an out-and-back paddle each day and a shared grill out at the Wood Lake picnic shelter with like-minded folks. We camp at Gov. Tommy Thompson State Park. Make your own campsite reservations.
