The granddaddy of our paddle series, Park-to-Park gives paddlers a taste of river paddling and the open water of a small piece of Lake Winnebago. The Menasha Lock will be closed. We will portage around the lock and dam. A group of Menasha High School soccer players will again be there to help carry boats. (Bring along some tip money or write a check later to support their team.) The Lower Fox displays some of the area's most dramatic houses on the way to the landing at Lutz Park and birders are often rewarded with an eagle siting.
Please let us know! Click or touch the button to notify us. It helps us plan but doesn't commit you to the trip. You will register and pay at the launch. Paddles cost $10 per paddler; under 16 free with an adult. Make registration go faster. Fill out your ACA Adult Waiver of ACA Youth Waiver in advance and bring it to the landing. This is a good time to become a member of NEWP for $10 per year.
