The granddaddy of our paddle series, Park-to-Park gives paddlers a taste of river paddling and the open water of a small piece of Lake Winnebago. The Menasha Lock will be closed. We will portage around the lock and dam. A group of Menasha High School soccer players will again be there to help carry boats. (Bring along some tip money or write a check later to support their team.) The Lower Fox displays some of the area's most dramatic houses on the way to the landing at Lutz Park and birders are often rewarded with an eagle siting.
BEFORE THE PADDLE
- Please let us know! Tap the button above to let us know to count you in. It helps us plan but doesn't commit you to the trip. You will register and pay your $10 per person at the launch (under 16 free with an adult).
- Make registration go faster. Fill out this online fillable form for the ACA Adult Waiver or ACA Youth Waiver in advance and bring it to the landing. This is a good time to become a member of NEWP for $10 per year.
